Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free. Sign up anytime, then add a card when you're ready to start using the product. We won't charge it until day 15, and you can cancel anytime in one click.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
Add or remove seats anytime from the user management page. Billing is monthly and we don't prorate, so activating or deactivating a seat mid-month is reflected on your next month's bill, not the current one.
Who counts as a seat?
You choose how many seats you want from the user management page inside Sidekick. A seat is what lets a person work through Sidekick, and only your active seats count toward billing. Add or deactivate seats anytime. We bill monthly and don't prorate, so any change you make mid-month takes effect on your next bill rather than the current one.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes, anytime. You can switch from monthly to annual mid-plan, no need to wait for a renewal. Just get in touch and we'll set up an annual contract that covers onboarding, workflow setup, and ongoing support. Most teams switch once they've outgrown self-serve.
Does it work with MS Teams too?
Yes. Sidekick supports both Slack and Microsoft Teams. Auto-Log Slack Connect is Slack-only, but all other features work on both platforms at the same price.
What HubSpot plan do I need?
Sidekick works with any paid HubSpot plan. The deeper the HubSpot plan, the more data Sidekick can surface, but you don't need HubSpot's top tier to get started.
How do you handle custom workflow setup or migrations?
The Annual plan includes onboarding and a round of custom workflow setup to get you live. Larger custom engineering and integrations are scoped and priced separately. One-off projects like Slack history sync into HubSpot have their own fixed price, shown above.
